Pull changes from u-boot mainline to support new Elpida PoP memory. NB: AP dev board 1.0 does not have the board revision GPIOs that the Pandaboard has, so automatic switching has been removed for now. AP dev board 2.0 will be compatible with Pandaboard ES B3.
