Enable use of old or new tinyHAL audio HALs. Factor out audio HAL config in device.mk, and turn on both BoardConfig.mk switches which differing versions of tinyHAL use to turn themselves on. Signed-off-by: Marti Bolivar <mbolivar@leaflabs.com>
