wifi and BT: adding wifi firmware and updating BT firmware path wl1271-fw-3.bin is the firmware version for wifi driver in 3.2-rc0-pre kernel. BT firmware are now located in etc/firmware/ti-connectivity/ folder as the path is updated in the kernel. BT firmware from etc/firmware/ path are not removed since that is the path referred in staging build.
