uim: move from rfkill to sysfs uim now listens to the sysfs entry "install" at /sys/devices/platform/kim/ created by the shared transport driver. Upon receiving the notification that the install is requested, it reads the rest of the sysfs entries under that directory for the uart configuration and configures the uart accordingly.
