gpu: pvr: Update to DDK 1.8@550175 - http://b/5568038 "Prime lock-up: IMGSRV WaitUntilBufObjNotUsed" Improve debugging situation for this and other similar lockups. Dump microkernel trace and call BUG() when ukernel cleanup or initialisation times out. - Turn on CONFIG_PVR_NEED_PVR_ASSERT in tuna_defconfig.
