Fix some display reliability problems.
* Disable TE timeouts; something is delaying them even though the GPIO tunnel is still
  working.
* Stop any delayed update during disable to prevent spurious errors.
* Remove panel suspend/resume functions.  They can't work right, and the infrastructure is
  gone in later kernel versions.
* Fix errors that caused overlay invalidation to fail when OMAPFB_ENABLEVSYNC is used to
  blank the display.
* Temporary hack to clear main frame overlay on disable; should be done differently.
