Remove symlinks to common Windows doesn't handle symlinks properly, so we can't use these for linking to common. Instead, these will be copied into the SDK by sdk.atree. For development purposes, framework engineers will need to create this symlink manually as needed. Change-Id: I67283d40e08e43697cd0c81bb3e3bbe783b1c051
