To work on this code, from toplevel 
  python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8001

In any browser, navigate to
  http://localhost:8001/src/tests.html

If you add a file, make sure to update:
 ../src/about_tracing.js

And, of course, verify all the tests.html pass.
