systrace: add support for compressed downloads This change adds support for using zlib to compress traces as they're downloaded from the device, significantly speeding up the download. This feature relies on support for the -z flag in the atrace binary on the device. Change-Id: Ide545d47984720dc15f6fd3b408d32d4af517358
