Add -pthread option for thermal test compiling. Temporarily disabled thermal and suspend test from the top 'make check', but they can still be executed manually by 'make -C suspend check' and 'make -C thermal check'. Signed-off-by: hongbo.zhang <hongbo.zhang@linaro.com>
