Remove tsan and dynamic_annotations code. The current code in tsan doesn't compile with Valgrind 3.8.1, and the new tsan development will be done with clang. [cherry-picked from master] Change-Id: Ie155565c300d9f1970b3cf6100c35148e2e099a7
