Fix mockito/dexmaker with android-test-lib interaction. Set the dexmaker cache property. Exclude classpath scanning of mockito and dexmaker classes. Test packages that included mockito and dexmaker would take longer to scan without this change. Change-Id: Ic927c0a059b3225e157cd6d27cafa1abc253e5eb
