bcmdhd: Update bcm43241 firmware to verison 6.10.197.46 - Disable power saving for block that is responsible for filtering of bad packets. Due to heavy load it fails to save/restore power saving mode that causes ~ 100 mA consumption. Disabling it will not affect power consumption for no more that 300uA.
