bcm4329: Update Firmware to version 4.218.248-18 - DO NOT MERGE
- Fix problem with early disassoc with some APs when getting out of sync
with AP’s beacon (only in PM=1 mode and DTIM_SKIP enforced)
- Fix SoftAP white list MAC filtering
- Fix problem with timer for 11N/AMPDU
- Add FW Reload event in case of rx/tx problems
- Add extra IOVAR dtim_assoc and bi_assoc to read dtim/bi from associated AP
- Fix corner case with WMM ACM testing with some test engines
- Fix to meet new WiFI certification requirement to allowed STA to work
in not-11N mode for WEP encryption
- Add keep-alive option
