Fixed problem with compass not calibrating without Gyro. Previously, when loading a corrupted cal.bin file, compass cannot calibrate at all without gyro turned on. With this patch, compass calibrates within 2-5 seconds on the HSPA phone. Change-Id: I42fba9277cb0886dc2dadfac7e502c4b48060129
