CameraHal: Do full AF sweep during lost AF status - Previously only "OMX_FocusStatusUnableToReach" status was activating the full AF scan. Currently with CAF callbacks updates in Ducati, this is no longer the case and "OMX_FocusStatusLost" should be considered as well.
