Camera HAL: Fixes for Face prioritized 3A, cancelAF 1. Face prioritized 3A is enabled for AF, AE (for AE it is disabled) 2. White balance modes, exposure are allowed to be changed when face detection is ON 3. Focus metering area is ignored when face detection is ON 4.
