Misc fixes 1. only strip binaries in build-llvm.sh 2. don't package ld.mcld.exe for now (until it's fixed) 3. build 64-bit host prebuilt first (so testing on AOSP build can be launched earlier) Change-Id: I7c6a1711204f5c2aad257617e363208c4428548f
