Fix compilation error by GCC 4.3.3 In NDK stlport is built by GCC 4.6, but if you do use GCC 4.3.3, it errors on the inconsistent typedef of _Unwind_Control_Block Change-Id: I020bc88eb4b649c6ef87392edf16726b8eb02a7f
