Provider side changes for exposing data usage stats Use a uri query parameter to filter for a specific type of data usage, otherwise the sum of all the data usage stats for that particular data is returned. Bug 8124079 Change-Id: Iee4c3accb46c9402f0a1659c9b8943c5a219a169
