add vendor script to run build in one go: build_pdk_vendor.py add pdk_data.zip (fuzz) generation to pdk_eng build: Thils zip will be pushed as well change pdk binary and data storage to zip for efficiency record files installed from pdk_data.zip to PDK_DATA_COPIED and remove all the files while cleaning or installing a new one added UniquePtr.h to copy list to fix build brake split hardware and device for pdk_rel build Change-Id: I64821c0f3cd5765d097a3edf5dec928ef26a0a4b
