update 3.4 kernel for ARM, X86
- from commit 310c486b66a69886169242589abc5fef8ad2e236
- new additions: EXT4_FS_SECURITY, netfilter, selinux (no config yet), ftrace,
NAND and QEMU improvements mostly for x86
